Makuwa Safari Lodge reserves the right to correct errors and update information on the website without prior notice.

5. Reservations
All reservations must be made in writing by email.
A reservation or enquiry is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The following booking terms and conditions apply to reservations made directly with Makuwa Safari Lodge.
BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Reservations & Payment
All reservations must be made in writing by email. A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to confirm a booking, unless by prior written agreement. Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations remain provisional until the deposit is received.
Cancellations must be made in writing by email: more than 60 days prior — 20% fees; 59–15 days — 75% fees; 14–0 days — 90% fees.
Payment by bank transfer (EFT) to the account details on the invoice. The lodge is a cash-free establishment. Please ensure the sender pays all bank transfer charges. Forward dietary requirements to reservations 2 weeks prior to travel.

Personal information submitted through this website is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
